I GOT THE WRONG ORDER OR DIDN'T GET MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?

In rare cases, products may become mixed up or lost in transit. If that's the case, please email me at coldbullet.exe@gmail.com with information regarding your order. Depending on order size, orders may or may not get refunded. Replacements may be available if items are in stock.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I RETURN IT?

Due to the items being made specifically for that order, I can not issue a refund. If you are not satisfied with your order please email me at coldbullet.exe@gmail.com

SHIPPING 

Merchandise will be shipped 3-7 days after you order.

U.S CUSTOMERS
Your item(s) should arrive 2-5 days with tracking. Stamp orders may take up to a week or 2 before arrival.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Your item(s) should arrive 3 weeks to 2 months.
